Return & Refund Policy

At Zo Design Life, each product is thoughtfully crafted, often involving traditional and handmade processes such as hand-bent metal, manual welding, and sand casting. These artisanal techniques mean that slight variations, marks, or surface differences may occur — they are not flaws but part of the product’s unique character. We believe there is perfection in imperfection, and we encourage you to embrace the individuality of each piece.

General Policy

  • We operate on a no return and no refund policy for all products, except in cases where the item delivered is damaged, defective, or different from its description.

  • Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as all sales are considered final once processed.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to zo.design.life@gmail.com along with clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Requests raised beyond the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be accepted.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our facility.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, made-to-order, or discounted products are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) instead of a refund, please mention this in your return request.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item passes inspection.

Responsibility & Limitations

  • Zo Design Life reserves the right to decline a return or refund request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or neglect after delivery.
